1. Avoid squatting and stepping

3. Wash your hands well
Careful hand washing with soap or water is the best protection. Rub the soap or liquid soap into the lather and leave it on your hands for no less than 20 seconds; in addition to the palms of your hands, wash the backs of your hands, between your fingers and under your nails, rub at least 5 to 6 times in each area. Finally you can turn off the tap with a tissue or your elbow (as your elbow will not touch your head and face) and open the door to leave.
