Q: How does the automatic heated toilet seat work?
A: NAVISANI smart toilet seats is controlled by a build-in microcomputer. By putting hand about 3 cm above the sensor area, the user can see clearly a sanitary film cover turn automatically one round and the used film go into the used film cabinet, which ensures every toilet user owns one clean toilet seat sheet only. The seat heating function can be controlled by a small button inside. Once the button is pressed on, the seat ring will start to heat and the temperature will be kept in 38℃. While if the heating function is not needed, just press the button again, the seat will automatically stops heating.

when there is "E3" on the sensor screen, it means there is no film roll installed inside the seat or the counting function fails, in this case,you need to check and make sure the film roll goes under the counter wheel.
When there is "E4"on the sensor screen, it means the seat is overloaded and the film encounters with force during its turning , in this case, you need to check whether the cutter point is blocked or there is too much water on the seat.
