About Warranty: Our warranty policy is that when the purchase quantity up to MOQ ( that is 100 toilet seats), we will give our customers free spare parts at a certain ratio. For every single seat before shipped out from my factory, our quality control person would test many times, that is why when our customers get the seat, they will find a film inside which is used for many times. That means, the seat passed the tests and inspections. And the most important point is that each part can be individually replaced when a part fails to work. As an electric product, no manufacturer can give customers such promises that the product will not have problem all the time, but from our 17 years experience in the market and with the customers feedback from more than 80 countries, our toilet seat quality is stable and till now we still have many customers who have been using my seat for more than 10 years, during the using time, the seat may fails to work because of the electric part malfunction ,such as the battery, the circuit board,the motor, but once replaced with new parts, the seat works well again.

The maintenance of NAVISANI hygeinic toilet seat is very simple. Just need to know when to change a new film roll and when to charge the battery. The details are on the user manual, please read it carefully.
