Ready to work
1. Make sure there are sockets in the toilet

The easiest way is to sacrifice a little bit of beauty, such as using protective wires with the same color as the tiles to run the wires along the corners, the edges of the ceiling, or simply in the gusset of the ceiling, which is basically invisible.
Note that if the toilet is not separated from wet and dry, it is recommended to use a waterproof socket with a protective cover.
Second, confirm the toilet size
Before buying, it is best to confirm whether your own toilet is suitable for installing a smart toilet lid. Although most of the current products are of universal design, it is not ruled out that a small number of toilets with larger sizes and non-standard shapes cannot be installed.
If you want to know whether the toilet at home is suitable, you can refer to the product description, measure the hole distance, length, and wall surface of the installation hole of the toilet at home, and finally avoid several special shapes that cannot be installed.
Three, prepare tools
The tools needed include: scissors (to cut the water pipe), screwdriver (to remove and install the toilet lid), wrench (to install the water pipe), rag (to wipe the water pipe and check for leaks), etc.
Four, check the goods
In addition to the toilet lid itself, the newly sent smart toilet lid also contains accessories, manuals and other items. Accessories include hardware parts needed for installation, and some products are also equipped with filters.
After confirming that the accessories are complete, check whether the main body is defective, and then you can start the installation.
Once the preparations are done, let's start!
The first step: disassembly and assembly of water pipes
1. Turn off the water inlet valve of the toilet;
2. Drain the water in the toilet tank to avoid spraying water when the water pipe is opened;
3. Unplug the water inlet pipe that was originally connected to the toilet;
4. Connect the smart toilet cover to the original water pipe.
Step 2: Remove the original toilet lid
1. Remove the screws on the original toilet lid;
2. Clean the dead corner by the way;
3. Remove the old screw set;
4. Replace with a new screw set;
5. Adjust the base to match the position of the toilet lid, and then lock it.
Note that the base for placing the toilet cover has a lot of moving space. After the toilet cover is installed, if it is found to be misaligned with the toilet seat, the position can be fine-tuned.
Step 3: Install the smart toilet lid
After the above work is completed, you can start to install the smart toilet lid. Just slide the toilet lid in and it can be jammed, simple.
After sliding in, if you find that the toilet lid is a bit forward, it doesn't matter, just fine-tune the base as mentioned above.
Step 4: Connect the inlet valve
1. Confirm whether the water inlet pipe that has just been connected is properly connected, and a dry cloth can be placed underneath to help detect water leakage);
2. Insert the water inlet pipe into the water inlet of the smart toilet lid;
3. Confirm the water flow direction of the water purification filter;
4. Use scissors to cut the water pipe;
5. Install water purification filter;
6. Handle the water pipe and filter well to avoid winding.
In addition, check whether there are two gaskets in the package. If the toilet lid is not stable after installation, you can add them.
Part 5: Connect to the power supply
When the power is connected, the plugs in the house are usually located higher than the toilet, but if there is no separation of dry and wet in the house, you must pay special attention not to spill it in the shower.
