The production process of sanitary toilet seats covers multiple key links, and each link is closely related to the quality of the final product.
In the injection molding stage, the careful selection of raw materials is the basis. High-quality plastic particles or other materials that meet hygiene standards are put into the injection molding machine. During the injection molding, precise control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed is crucial. For example, a temperature that is too high may cause material decomposition, affecting the strength and appearance of the seat; insufficient pressure may cause incomplete molding of the seat and lack of material; and too fast a speed may cause defects such as bubbles. By accurately setting these parameters, it is ensured that the seat can be molded into precise shapes and sizes and has good structural strength.
Surface treatment technology can improve the performance and aesthetics of the seat. Common ones include frosting, which can make the seat surface have a certain degree of roughness, increase friction, and prevent users from slipping. The antibacterial coating treatment is to evenly apply a layer of antibacterial material, such as nano silver ion antibacterial coating, on the surface of the seat to enhance its antibacterial properties and effectively inhibit bacterial growth.
The assembly link should not be ignored. Each component, such as hinges, heating devices (if any), etc., needs to be installed strictly according to the design requirements. Workers need to ensure that the hinges are firmly installed and flexible and that the heating devices are accurately installed and reliably connected to ensure the normal operation of the various functions of the seat ring.
Quality control runs through the entire production process. In the raw material inspection link, each batch of raw materials will be strictly tested to check whether their physical properties and chemical composition meet the standards, and prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the production link. The sampling inspection during the production process is to randomly select the molded seat rings at different production stages for inspection to check their dimensional accuracy, appearance quality and preliminary functional tests. For example, check whether the heating function of the seat ring is normal and whether the induction device is sensitive. The finished product inspection is more comprehensive and meticulous. In addition to reconfirming that the appearance of the seat ring is flawless and the size is accurate, a series of rigorous performance tests will be carried out, such as simulating human weight for pressure testing to test the load-bearing capacity of the seat ring; conducting antibacterial performance tests to ensure that it meets antibacterial standards; and repeatedly verifying the various intelligent functions of the smart seat ring. Only seats that have passed all quality control links will be allowed to enter the market for sale, thus ensuring that consumers use safe, reliable, and hygienic toilet seats.
