1. General toilet lid
Most of the ordinary toilet covers on the market are fixed with screws. You only need to find the screw cap, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw, and the toilet cover can be removed. Depending on the location of the screws, there are different ways to remove them.
(1) The screw cap installed in the bright spot is easy to find, just unscrew it directly;
(2) The screw cap installed in the dark is invisible. It is usually located on the side of the toilet close to the water tank. After opening the toilet cover, you can usually find it when you touch it toward the water tank;
(3) For the toilet cover fixed with fixing bolts, when replacing the toilet cover, only need to unscrew the fixing bolts at the back of the toilet to remove the toilet cover;
(4) Quickly remove the toilet lid. Just press the movable screw at the base of the toilet lid with both hands to remove the toilet lid.
2. Smart toilet cover
Many people want to replace the old smart toilet lid with a new one. How to remove the old one is also a problem.
In fact, the disassembly of the smart toilet lid is very simple. First unplug the power plug from the socket, then close the water inlet valve, stop the water supply, and then press and hold the disassembly button on the side, pull back to remove the smart toilet lid.
There are also some old smart toilet lids without a disassembly button, which depends on their actual situation.
3. Vintage toilet seat
The old-fashioned toilet lid is not the same as the current ordinary toilet lid. It is generally not fully enclosed. The bolts of the toilet lid can be touched on the side, and the toilet lid can be removed by unscrewing it by hand. If you want to replace the smart toilet cover, you need to remove its longitudinal bolts to perform the replacement work.
